Barleyfields

This is the home page of the Barlyfields Residents Association. The RA was set up in July 2009 after the developer, Coftons went bust leaving our estate unfinished. You will probably have aired your views to Coftons, Wimpey, Kingsoak, Barratt, the local council and the housing associations who promised so much in their pre-sales literature but have in fact failed to deliver. The Residents Committee was set up to tackle the problems

The aims and objectives of the Residents Association can be summarised quite simply: "We want the estate adopted in order to achieve a clean and safe environment for our families". To achieve our goals we have created an Action Plan. This lists with dates, responsibilities and the actions required by the Builders, Councillors and Cambridge Housing to get our estate adopted. The plan is now active and residents can view progress by clicking the residents link on the menu above.
